5. Tepan Series

Kidney Tepanyaki

Ingredients:
Veg. Kidney With 1 pack
BBQ Sauce
Carrot small piece
Ginger 1 section
Pea Pod 10 pieces
Red Chili 1
Dried Mushroom 3 cluster

Seasonings:

Salt little
MSG little
Veg. Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tsb
Sesame Oil little

Other:

Com Starch Paste 1 tbsp

Method:

1. Scald fry kidney over oil, cut other ingredients into slices.
2. Heat up oil, combine (1) and stri-fry with seasonings, then pour prepared corn starch paste. Heat steel plate up, switch all above ingredients over on plate and serve.


Tepan Willows

Ingredients:
Veg. Chicken Meat  1/2 pack
Carrot 1/4 roots
Red Chili 1
Green Capsicum 1/2
Pea Pod 8 pieces

Seasoning: 

Veg. Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Oil Grease 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Dark Soya Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Water 1 bowl

Other:

Corn Starch Paste 1 tbsp

Method:

1. Cut the chicken meat in triangle shape. Heat up oil, deep-fry, drag out and let alone.
2. Cut other ingredients into slices.
3. Heat oil, put in ingredients (2), stir-fry with seasonings. Stir with corn starch.

6. Cold Plate Series

Gold And Jade SpecialÂ

Ingredients:
Veg. Roasted G 1/2 packs
Veg. Fish Ball With Paste 12 balls
Veg. Bean Curd 10 slices
Veg. OKK Harm 10 slices
Veg. Beijing Duck 10 slices
Veg. Meat Balls 1/2 packs
Veg. Sliced Fish 1/2 packs

Method:

1. Deep-fry beijing duck, OKK ham, pai yeh bean curd till turns golden brown. Arrange it in plate.
2. Deep-fry other ingredients till turns golden brown. Arrange it in same plate and serve.


Seven Assorted Plate

Ingredients:
Veg. Suzitu Ham 15 slices
Veg. Little Chicken Nugget 1/2 packs
Veg. Chicken Meat 15 pieces
Veg. Squid (Red) 1/2 packs
Veg. Protein Sausage 10 pieces

Seasonings:

Plum Sauce 1 tbsp
Chili Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tbsp

Method:

1. Scald the squid over boiling water about 5 mins. Drag out and drain. Add in ginger shreds, red chili shreds, seasoning and stir it properly.
2. Cut other ingredients into slices then deep-fry till turns golden brown.
3. Arrange ingredients (2) into serving plate, put slices cucumber in between the squid and serve.
